 The Blue Lagoon

The Blue Lagoon is considered to be one of the places where all tourists must go when visiting Iceland. The milky blue warm waters are rich in minerals, namely silica and sulfur. Bathing in the Blue Lagoon is reputed to help many with skin diseases like psoriasis.

Many are under the impression that bathing is the only option at the Blue Lagoon. The Blue Lagoon is a large complex with a large variety of recreational facilities that include diverse treatments and massages. If you are interested in a massage or a special treatment, please contact the Blue Lagoon directly at  +354 420 8800 er per email at www.bluelagoon.com.

There are many walking paths that are ideal for those that just want to enjoy the surreal surroundings.
