Enjoy all the qualities the Blue Lagoon has to offer! The Blue Lagoon is a unique geothermal spa situated in the youngest lava field in west Iceland. Once there you have many recreational options such as walking in the Blue Lagoon’s spectacular surroundings, bathing in the milky blue-green water, relax in a geothermal steam bath or release the stress from your shoulders under a Blue Lagoon waterfall. Panoramas IcelandOn site there is also a fantastic restaurant with a la carte menu and a Blue Lagoon shop, selling skin care products based on a unique blend of Blue Lagoon geothermal seawater active ingredients: minerals, silica, and algae.

The pick up was on time and the driver took me to the office with very clear instruction to get down to the office and come back with the same bus. On our way back from Blue Lagoon, the driver ask if wed like to be drop at the GrayLine office or back to the apartment. Well done !

we had a lovely day at the blue lagoon, this time last week in fact (sigh...wish I was there right now!) Gray Line were very efficient, they picked us up at our hotel on time, we went to the ticket office to collect our tickets for the day and the bus departed on time for the lagoon. The bus was a small one, but very comfortable and the driver was friendly and helpful. It was a wet day but that made no difference at the lagoon! There was an amazing moment as we were almost there when we looked out of the bus window to see this milky blue water in pools right by the road. In the lagoon itself it was lovely, good clean changing rooms and a wrist band to lock the locker and also to purchase magnums, skyr smoothies or drinks from the swim up bar in the lagoon. We had some very nice sandwiches in the cafe afterwards, there is also a viewing deck on the top floor which is well worth a visit for some good photos to remember your day.
