Call our 24 hour booking service at +354 540 1313, visit
www.grayline.is or ask your hotel reception to contact us. Reservations for Day Tours and Blue Lagoon transfers are guaranteed when booked at least 1 hour before tour departure. Reservations for third party tours (Whale Watching, Super Jeep, ATV, Caving, Diving and Horse Riding tours) need to be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Complimentary Pick up service:
We offer complimentary pick up and drop off service at all hotels and guesthouses in Reykjavik capital area. Pick up times are listed in each tour description. Please wait for the pick up in front of your accomodation or in your hotel lobby.
Guidance:
All our tours are guided in English except for the direct tours, which are non-guided transfers going directly to the destination. AH12 is also guided in German on Saturdays.

Children's Discounts:
Special children's and youth fares are available on most tours. Please see each tour description for further details.
Children's Safety Car Seats:
We offer Children's Safety Car Seats free of charge. Please book in advance.
Refreshments / Admissions:
Lunch, refreshments and admission to museums, the Blue Lagoon and other sites are not included in tour prices, unless specified in tour description. We do make lunch stops at local restaurants during full day excursions.
Liability:
Iceland Excursions - Gray Line Iceland reserves the right to alter routes, itineraries or timetables, change or cancel tour dates should the necessity arise, including irregularities due to adverse weather or road conditions. No responsibility is taken for losses or expenses due to delay or changes of flight, injury, damage, negligence, weather, war or other causes. Certain tours are only operated when a minimum number of passengers has been reached.
The estimated duration of tours as indicated in this brochure are standard times and can change according to roadm, snow or weather conditions.
